Tellers
As a Teller, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional member service with a personal, professional touch through product knowledge and solid cross-sales; Establishing and maintaining member satisfaction and product education while providing high quality service and accurately handling transactions (deposits, transfers, withdrawals, check cashing, etc.) in an accurate, timely, and professional manner.
Qualified candidates should possess a High school diploma or general education degree (GED), prior teller experience, good oral and written communication skills and financial services background. Some teller positions may require supervisory skills. Should possess demonstrated ability and experience in handling cash, in working in a customer service position, and in handling simple to complex cash or financial transactions. Should possess limited experience on electronic cash registers, or other automated cash and check processing equipment. Spanish-speaking skills would be plus!
