e-Banking & Bill Payer Service

  • Access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week right from your home or office computer.
  • Obtain real-time account balances, transfer money between accounts, and balance your checkbook.
  • Electronically pay your bills.*
  • Sign up for free E-statements and view your current and past account statements online.
  • Download account information into your personal financial management software like Quicken and Microsoft Money.
  • Have the peace of mind of knowing that your personal account information is secured.

    * There is a no set-up charge to sign up for Securityplus FCU’s Bill Payment program. Monthly pricing to access Securityplus FCU's Bill Payment program is $4.95 for up to 12 bills paid and $6.95 for up to 20 bills paid. Call Center

  • During business hours (Monday through Friday - 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; Saturday - 9:00 am - 1:00 pm for deposit calls only), call 410-965-8908 or 1-866-4SECPLUS, outside of the area.
  • New accounts/openings, loan applications and most financial transactions can be conducted via the Call Center.

  • Our no-cost, 24-hour automated audio response service offers safe and accurate management of most Securityplus FCU accounts.
  • Once you sign up, you will choose a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which allows you the security to access your accounts.
  • All transactions will appear on your monthly statement.
  • Our new interactive voice response (IVR) system, featuring "Max", employs both Voice Guided and Natural Language Speech technology that allows the user to communicate by "speaking" to the system, as if speaking to a live person and will still support touch-tone.
  • There is no need to remember all the transaction codes, nor do you have to press the # sign after every transaction any longer.
